FOR THE CANDIDATE
Our first objective is to get to know and understand you. What were your career choices, why, what drives you, what do you want, in what environments and through what projects are you fulfilling yourself?
From there, we can talk together about the different opportunities we have in our portfolio that might match your expectations. But that’s not all. We can also work with you to identify target companies with which we can put you in touch.
Whatever the reason for our meeting, your profile will never be sent to a company without your agreement.
Finally, our relationship will not end with the signing of a promise of employment or the end of a trial period. We’ll stay in touch and talk regularly.
FOR THE COMPANY
As soon as we take your brief, which we always do on site, we work with you to define the position. We provide you with expertise and an outside view of the job definition, while taking into account your context and corporate culture. On the basis of these elements, we work with you to draw up the ideal candidate profile, both from the point of view of the “Artes” and the “Persona”, as well as a list of target hunting sectors. All these elements are clearly set out in a report that we share with you.
This necessary investment of time, which we ask you to make, enables us to target our approaches more effectively and to present you with a relevant shortlist as quickly as possible. It is also particularly important from the point of view of the candidates. These elements enable us to present the job, the challenges involved and your company in a precise, factual and concrete way.
The interaction is then ongoing:
- monitoring the progress of the search,
- monitoring the assessment process (interviews, tests and reference checks: in full compliance with the rules of non-discrimination and confidentiality),
- regular communication with candidates (we never publish a candidate’s profile without their agreement),
- organisation of the recruitment process,
- assistance in drawing up a promise to hire,
- monitoring throughout the onboarding process: from the signing of a promise to hire to the end of the trial period,
- Throughout the process, you have a single point of contact who guarantees responsiveness and availability.
Of course, all these actions are carried out in strict compliance with the rules of confidentiality and professional ethics, and in accordance with RGPD legislation.
COMMITMENT TO SOCIETY
The PHILIPPE ARTERO – ARTES PERSONA teams are particularly aware of the challenges facing society. In this respect :
- we give priority to soft mobility and public transport with low CO2 emissions,
- we aim to carry out at least one pro-bono recruitment per year for a non-profit organisation under the 1901 law, and to provide free support to people on the path to professional reintegration (CV writing, preparation for job interviews, introductions, etc.).
