The founder

Philippe Artero trained as a general engineer at Arts & Métiers Paris Tech.

 

his career is structured around three periods :

 

• The first, 10 years in industry (L’Oréal then Carrier), during which he worked in the fields of supply chain, project management and operations direction,
• The second was 12 years with the Robert Walters group, an Anglo-Saxon recruitment and headhunting firm. He started out as a consultant with the Lyon teams and in 2014 suggested opening an office in Toulouse. In 2020, he became head of the group’s three regional offices in France (Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse),
• The third since 2023, when he founded the firm.

 

Trilingual (French, English, Spanish) and attached to his native south-west, Philippe is keen to help companies in the region attract the best talent so that they can play their part in an increasingly intense global competition. Curious about people in general, he likes to understand what drives them.
